This ocean-inspired pendant features a sculptural composition of sea glass and handmade silver marine forms. The necklace combines three articulated elements: a pale aqua shard of sea glass set in a sterling silver prong setting, a larger fragment of green sea glass wrapped by a silver starfish, and a delicate silver sea urchin skeleton.
The pendant is designed as a small kinetic sculpture. The three elements are hinged so the piece can be worn in different ways: with the starfish fully visible or subtly peeking through the translucent sea glass.
All silver components are individually handmade using the traditional lost wax casting technique, then oxidised and carefully polished to emphasise texture and fine details.
The pendant is available with a sterling silver snake chain. Please contact me if you would prefer a different chain length.
