Gecko necklace

A playful gecko pendant crouches on the collar bone, peeking curiously at the world. Each gecko is hand-modelled in wax, cast in sterling silver, and carefully finished by hand before being assembled into a necklace with an anchor chain and spring ring closure.

One version of this necklace features tiny tsavorite stones (green garnets) that sparkle subtly, bringing life to the piece.

This design is inspired by my love of reptiles: geckos are charming, secretive visitors on summer terraces and porticoes, and their delicate features — tiny paws, curved tails, and alert eyes — make them a perfect subject for jewellery.

The pendant is about 3.5x2.5 cm (1"1/2×1"). The overall necklace lenght is 45 cm (17"3/4).
